The 08800L series is a highly specialized solution for professional systems operating with food-grade fluids, combining advanced technology, certified materials, and a compact design. These direct action 3/2 ways normally closed solenoid valves feature a synthetic ruby lower sealing gasket, specifically chosen to ensure exceptional long-term durability even under demanding operating conditions.

The upper gasket is made of OLAB-certified 100% PFAS-FREE RBX™ HI-PERFORMANCE offering excellent chemical and thermal resistance. The CW510L-OT57 brass body, compliant with NSF certified, ensures full food contact compatibility, while the insert and sleeve are made of stainless steel, delivering mechanical strength, operational precision, and corrosion resistance.

The sleeve, in particular, is laser-welded to the fixed core for perfect mechanical sealing. Thanks to the direct acting design, the 08800L series does not require a minimum pressure to operate, making it ideal for dynamic systems or intermittent operation. The openable construction allows the valve to be inspected and serviced easily, a key benefit for the food & beverage sector.

The 30 mm Ø14 coil is rated insulation class H (180°C), and the IP65 protection rating ensures safe operationeven in demanding environments. Designed to deliver reliable and continuous performance, the valves offer a maximum operating pressure (PS) of 40 bar (580 psi) and a temperature range (TS) of -15°C to +160°C (+5°F to +320°F).
